The foundation of my therapeutic approach is relational. This means I prioritize the relationship between us, as I believe it sets the foundation for our work. I draw from somatic and emotion focused practices. I also bring gentleness, moments of shared humor (I am really good at making myself laugh), and a spirit of collaboration to sessions. I work with individuals across the lifespan, including children (3+), youth, and adults. I welcome and affirm folks of all identities and backgrounds in my practice. Yes, I offer sliding scale for online clients only. I have limited sliding scale spots. I reserve sliding scale spots for individuals without benefits and who may have a lower income.
